New Patients

UPDATE: I am not accepting new patients at this time. I anticipate opening new intake slots in the first quarter of 2025.  Beginning in 2025, please email me at drnataliefeldman at gmail.com if you are interested in scheduling an intake. 

Before our first visit, I will conduct a brief phone screening call with you to discuss your medical history and goal, and to make sure that this clinic is a good fit. There is no charge for this screening call. 

Beginning in 2025, I will also open some appointment slots for one-time consultations. These consultations may be particularly useful to people who are planning for pregnancy and are interested in a thorough discussion of different options for mental health management in pregnancy. Please  email me at drnataliefeldman at gmail.com, or have your regular provider reach out to that email address, if you're interested in a one-time consultation.

Please note that I do not bill to insurance. On request, I am happy to provide billing and treatment documentation, which you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement. 

Rates:

Intake visit: $500

Follow-up visit: $250

One-time consultation: $750
